Donate"The last word on life is a message of Hope (John 3:16), a living message that enables us to see our world with a new clarity. It's like looking at reality through gratitude-colored glasses, but it doesn't just change your perspective - it changes YOU.
There's power in Hope. It transforms tears into trust, loneliness and loss into comfort and joy, anxiety and fear into contentment and courage. Hope redefines our failures. It gives you confidence to KNOW your life won't end in emptiness. Jesus is Love's answer to our Hope.
And JESUS. CHANGES. EVERYTHING.
Jesus makes Himself the Supreme Gift of Love and shows us the very meaning of generosity, and hope. My dear brothers and sisters, we know this because we know Him in the Eucharist.
YOU have the power to help transform lives. One single generous moment can make all the difference.
Please prayerfully support our appeal this year. Together, we can bring the Good News of the hope and love of Jesus to western Oregon. I am truly grateful for your prayers, your encouragement, and your generous financial support."
- Archbishop Sample
We live in a unique era, and area. But the mission of the Church today - as it has always been - is to share the life-giving love and hope of Jesus. This is OUR mission, and now is our time.
There are nearly 400,000 Catholics in the Archdiocese of Portland, and the Archbishop's Catholic Appeal is critical to supporting those who need us, those who depend on us. For this generation ... and those to come.
Your prayers and support for the Archbishop's Catholic Appeal will help thousands this year alone to experience the love and hope of Jesus through the ministries of His Church.
Thank you for your generosity. Thank you for sharing the life-giving love and hope of Jesus.
